If you're looking for a spacious and bright family villa, Villa Anny is perfect for you! The spacious terrace gets sun all day long, and the pool is heated year-round (FREE!).
It's located far from traffic noise, and the area is very quiet.
The villa has been recently renovated in a Nordic style. The beds are large and extremely comfortable. There’s free air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room.

Villa Anny is an elegant and spacious duplex in one of the quietest and most sought-after areas of Playa Blanca.

It features a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, a full private bathroom, and a large, sunny terrace on the upper level with wonderful views.

On the first floor is the second bedroom with two single beds, a full private bathroom, and access to the garden; the third bedroom with two single beds and access to the garden; and the third bathroom, located adjacent to it.
There is also a large, modern living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

Outside, it features a large, sunny terrace and Canarian-style landscaped gardens, as well as a large, year-round heated pool—perfect for enjoying Lanzarote’s beautiful weather— and lounge chairs for relaxing while listening to good music or sipping a delicious mojito!

Villa Anny is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, on a dead-end street with almost no traffic.

All bedrooms and the living/dining room have air conditioning, and the pool is heated. The reserved parking spot is 15 meters from the house’s entrance.

The house has private parking within the residential complex, and the supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The house is a 5-minute drive from the town center and 10 minutes from the boardwalk that runs the length of Playa Blanca. A 30-minute walk away is the Marina Rubicón Marina, where there’s a craft market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

You can easily get around on foot—it’s a very quiet town. You can also call a taxi, though I recommend renting a car if you’d like to explore the island.

A 10-minute drive from the fantastic Papagayo Beaches.
The boardwalk is just over a 10-minute walk away.
Marina Rubicón is a 5-minute drive away, and the town center is just over a 5-minute drive away.
Parties and events are not allowed in the house.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
