Summary:
Villa Alegranza is a welcoming 2-bedroom villa in the popular Parque del Rey area of Playa Blanca, blending modern comforts with traditional Canarian charm. Designed with step-free access throughout, it features a private heated pool, secluded outdoor space, and hot tub. Ideal for couples or small families, the villa is within easy walking distance of beaches, shops, and the resort centre.
The Space:
Villa Alegranza is all about easy, laid-back living, with a lovely balance of indoor comfort and outdoor space where you’ll likely spend most of your time.
Step inside and you’re welcomed into a bright, open-plan living area where the kitchen, dining space, and lounge flow naturally together. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything from a quick snack to a home-cooked meal, while the lounge offers a comfortable spot to unwind with a film or your favourite shows after a day out.
Large glass doors open right back onto the terrace, so you can move effortlessly between inside and out—whether that’s carrying drinks out to the pool or keeping an eye on things while dinner’s on the BBQ.
The villa sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a peaceful garden outlook, while the twin room has its own en-suite shower room and has been designed with accessibility in mind. The villa is largely step-free throughout, making it a comfortable and practical choice for a wide range of guests.
Outside is where Villa Alegranza really shines. The private heated pool is perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of day, with sun loungers nearby for long, lazy afternoons in the Lanzarote sunshine. There’s a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area for easy al fresco evenings.
To the rear, you’ll find a more secluded spot with a private garden and hot tub—ideal for unwinding under the stars.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the villa, including a gated entrance and off-road parking. The enclosed plot provides a good level of privacy and security.
The Neighborhood:
Set within the well-established Parque del Rey community, the villa enjoys a peaceful residential setting while remaining conveniently close to the heart of Playa Blanca. Within easy walking distance, you’ll find the popular Aqua Lava water park, perfect for families, along with a selection of shops and local amenities.
Both Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo beaches are also within reach, offering golden sands, calm waters, and a great choice of seafront restaurants. It’s an ideal location for those looking to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while still being close to everything Playa Blanca has to offer.
Getting Around:
The main promenade, with its selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, and seafront shops, along with nearby beaches, is approximately a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy Playa Blanca without needing a car.
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort, while the local bus service offers a convenient option for exploring further afield.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after a long journey! Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay.
For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins, and can also be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional daily charge if you’d like a little extra warmth. The hot tub is also available to add to your booking for an additional daily charge, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special!
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We have a convenient self check-in, so you can arrive and settle in at your own pace. The villa is equipped with a digital lock, and your personal access code will be provided once you've completed your online check-in.
