Excellent staff. Very nice room. Pretty good breakfast buffet. Free transportation from HCMC terrific and appreciated. Shuttle service excellent. Food prices very reasonable. The concierge staff’s recommendation of agent assistance for the casino was horrifying. Their agent referral wanted $50 million Dong when it only requires $1.5 million Dong to process the paperwork for entry. When I requested follow up based upon this ridiculous experience they never followed up with me. Because of this debacle my Vietnamese wife never got to enjoy the casino with me. Although we placed do not disturb sign on our door on a couple of occasion’s they kept leaving notices that they couldn’t clean our room. We knew this and this was how we wanted it. Do not disturb is supposed to mean what it says. We were surprised to find that the spa only operates on weekends. How is it not possible to have staff to provide this service everyday? Basically what the resort is saying is if you stay Monday through Thursday you’re not important. Although the grounds were very attractive the entirety of it is extremely small. The resort villas they built take up way too much of the landscape of the resort, this is a rather poor design aspect. Also because of this the pool is extremely small.

The resort is great with friendly and supportive staffs. Room is cleaned every day, modern furniture with amazing view to the beach (even the garden view rooms also have view to the ocean). Highly recommend to family with kids.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The highlight was undoubtedly the service, we truly cannot fault the staff. Everyone we encountered was attentive, polite, and incredibly professional. The food was good, offering a nice variety of options to choose from. Our room and pool was also kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Extremely clean, with exceptionally friendly staff who were flexible and responsive to all our inquiries. Our kids had a wonderful time here. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the beef soup was the highlight. We will definitely return.

Nice interior, the ocean-view suite was excellent! Beds were so comfy and I love the ambience. I like the buffet breakfast too!! Bonus point was free roundtrip shuttle from hcmc and we could enjoy multiple pools in the Grand Strip complex. Minus point was no beach access, had to take a short ride by golf cart to neighboring resort where there was sandy beach. However, the sand was quite rough, many shells and hard particles. It was jellyfish season in May too, I got stung but thankfully it was not dangerous, only mild burning sensation for a couple of days.

Very nice hotel with great view of the ocean and gardens. Close easy walk or shuttle bus to Grand casino and other resorts. Nice breakfast in the seasalt restaurant. Reasonably sized swimming pool and the pool restaurant and bar served cold drinks and tasty food.
