Beautiful and large chalet of about 120 m2 on a plot of about 800 m2 for up to 6 people. Ideal for a family with children.
This chalet includes:
On the first floor: A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
Upstairs: a large bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen, an adjoining dining room with a table including an extension, a large living/dining room and a balcony running on two sides.

Equipment:
Living room: internet TV, wifi, DVD player, hi-fi system with CD player, 3-seater sofa, rocking chair, table + chairs.
Kitchen/dining room: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, table + chairs.
Baby equipment available: a travel cot, a high chair, a baby bouncer, a seat for washing.
Balcony: a table and chairs.
Sheets, bolster case, towels, dish towels and bath mats NOT provided.
Pillows and a bolster (without pillowcase) provided
Necessary equipment for cleaning.

Cleaning not included in the price of the reservation (payment of the service not mandatory if carried out by the tenants).

Optional services (not included in the rental price) to be paid on site to the service provider when handing over the keys:
Cleaning: 120 euros per stay
Bed linen set for 2 people: 16 euros (includes fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases)
1 person set: 13 euros (includes fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcase)
Towels for one person: 9 euros (includes 1 bath towel, 1 small towel and 1 washcloth)

Mandatory deposits:
Rental deposit: 700 euros
Cleaning deposit: 120 euros

Deposits can be paid by cheque or in cash and are to be given to the service provider at the check-in. If the payment is made by cheque, it will be destroyed at the time of the check-out, if the payment is made in cash, the money will be returned at the check-out.

Payment for bed linen, towels and cleaning will be made to the service provider at the time of delivery of the inventory of fixtures.
The service provider takes care of the handing over of the keys, the inventory of fixtures on arrival and exit and is available for any questions or problems.
