The Book&Pay/Cocoonr agency offers this charming 45 m² apartment for rent in Gérardmer, with ski station within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 20 m² living room with TV, dining area and sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and bunk bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A north-west-facing balcony of approx. 4 m² with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

The apartment is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Hike around Lac de Gérardmer or on the marked trails of the Vosges.
- Relax on the lake's beach and enjoy a swim in summer.
- Hit the ski slopes or try tobogganing in winter at the Mauselaine ski resort.
- Explore the Mérelle waterfalls and climb up to the tower for a panoramic view.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence parking lot. A large free parking lot is also available opposite the residence, with a charging station for electric vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Gérardmer bus station, just opposite the residence.
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg-Entzheim airport, 1h30 drive away
