the room and everywhere was very clean an quiet place. The staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The only thing that wasn't good was the Wifi very slow poor signal but other than that everything else was great

Bien mantenido y bonito el hotel es una excelente opción para eventos en Xochitepec, por lo que se tiene el precio es excesivo, pésimo que el jugo de naranja que sirven en el desayuno no sea natural, faltan muebles en las habitaciones, no hay donde poner las maletas ni los cojines ni sentarse, la comodidad de la cama es excepcional, mejorable en varios aspectos en general bien

Todo bien, solo el servicio de comida debe mejorar bastante. Hay que pedir comida con tiempo, hay recordarles el pedido cada que sea posible. Ejemplo: 35min para que nos trajeran un plato con una cajita de cereal. Los platillos se les olvida y después 40 minutos o mas si les recuerdas, te preguntan si todavía lo quieres.

Pasamos una noche para asistir a una boda en una localidad cercana. La ubicación y los servicios fueron ideales, el staff fue amabilísimo. En todo momento ayudaron a nuestra estancia y con nuestro perro de servicio. Las áreas verdes y de alberca ayudaron a un buen momento.

Recomendable al 1000% el personal de 10 pero en especial Leonardo es un tipazo me encantó un lugar para descansar y relajarte la chava de las habitaciones súper atenta y buena onda y el que prepara la comida también de 10 todo en gral estuvo de 100 regresaría de nuevo

Le personnel est accueillant. Le site (jardin, piscine) est des plus agréable. Notre chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse et la literie de très bonne qualité. Toutefois, la salle de bain est minuscule: aucun espace autour du lavabo pour mettre nos effets personnels et très peu de crochets pour les serviettes de la piscine, celles utilisées en chambre et pour suspendre nos maillots trempés! On en fait quoi? Aussi aucun éclairage (liseuse) près du lit permettant la lecture et les contrôles pour le ventilateur de plafond n’existent pas (il faut monter sur le lit et tirer sur les minuscules cordes)!?! Le porte-serviettes près du lavabo était sur le point de tomber du mur, il faut le réinstaller. Malgré ces manquements, pour le confort et l’accueil, cet hôtel est recommandable.
