This hotel should not even be in Expedia's lineup it's awful. Wyndham should not even be associated with this may hotel. Room was not at all what was shown on Expedia's site. HORRIBLE FILTHY (non-carpeted) FLOOR. I took a washcloth and wiped a small area and it came up BLACK. Toilet did not flush properly and ran all by itself randomly. NOT a "full breakfast" as stated in Expedia's site. A few breads, microwave sandwiches (eww), a few apples. That was it!!!! The coffee was not even hot and they had zero cream. Only that fake creamer stuff. The gal at the front desk would not even acknowledge that I was speaking when I showed her that filthy washcloth and asked about breakfast. Just silence. Unbelievable and unacceptable! I would never ever never stay there again. We should've turned around the second we saw that horrible looking building!

The first 2 ‘non-smoking’ rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. I’m allergic to it. The third room was better, but run down. The manager was rude at check in, insisting that the rooms had NEVER been smoked in since the building was built. The building is at least 50 years old gauging by the condition of it. Neither he nor the clerk at checkout had even been born yet when it was built. On top of that, I was told at check in that each room has a cigarette smoke detector that alerts the front desk if someone is smoking in the room. REALLY??

the floor I was to stay on was under renovation and desk clerk expected me to accept room. I had to ask for another room. The crew didn't put up plastic to keep dust from entering hallway. Desk clerk also asked me for my credit card for incidentals which I have never been asked before. I will never Stay at that Comfort inn ever again
