I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at the Hampton Inn Marlborough/Boston was very disappointing. On two separate nights, a large group of kids arrived late in the evening. There was constant noise, yelling in the hallways, and even kids knocking on doors well past midnight.
The worst part is that hotel staff were fully aware of the situation and did nothing to control it. Guests should be able to expect a quiet, restful stay—especially at this price point—but instead it felt more like a dormitory.
If you value sleep and professionalism, I’d recommend looking elsewhere until this location takes guest comfort more seriously
