It's a convenient place to stay for a reasonable price. I always seem to stay when groups of kids staying at the same time so the noise level is high, but I'm sure that's not normal.

The room and common areas were clean and looked like they were recently renovated. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The work area/desk in the room had great lighting for doing zoom calls. Everything was great. The only thing I would change is the mattress. It was way to soft/squishy and killed my back. I usually like hotels that have the memory foam mattresses, but I would still stay here again.

Good hotel, second time staying here, would go back again. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable, the free breakfast is a great perk! The room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked this time though - stains on the rug, sticky residue on the floor, and stains on some of the towels.

Beyond my own reservation, the rest of The Hampton Inn, Marlborough, MA was reserved by a youth (10-12 yr old) hockey traveling excursion. If they had told me this would be the case when I made my reservation, I would have thanked them very much, and found somewhere else to stay. These kids were out of control. I had hall hockey games outside my room until 11pm each night. I couldn't get near there breakfast area. I got no sleep, no food, no satisfaction, period. I will never go back there.
