The hotel was fine. Safe, clean. I wouldn’t call the breakfast “breakfast,“ really. It’s coffee and pre packaged muffins and oatmeal packets. Better than nothing but compared to other hotels that offer “breakfast,” it’s really more of a snack service. It’s fine, just not what I was expecting. Staff was good and the place was comfortable overall.

This was not a hotel that you should i0ncl;ude in your listings as it looked like it also doubled as a homeless facility, the rooms and lobby were dingy and old and needed at least a new paint job and furnishings. If you are going to include places like this, you should let people know when you describe the place in your listing so people won't be surprised or feel misled. The person at the desk was responsive and did a good job. That was your best feature. everything else left a lot to be desired.

Rooms were old and not kept up well. Walls and doors don’t block sound, could hear everything going on in the lobby all day and night. Construction making loud banging noises all day. Fridge freezer sounded like a freight train when the compressor kicks on. Metal spring bed frame looks like boot camp beds from a movie.

Advertised breakfast not available, not even coffee. Paint on walls not completed, furniture chipped. The bathroom flooded I'm not sure why. No ice available at all: the ice tray in the freezer was empty. Cockroach in bathroom. I found another hotel

This place was ok but it could be cleaner. There is a main road nearby that you can hear at night as well. The staff was great and very friendly but I think that there are better places to stay in the area.

Room was unusable

Front desk staff was extremely helpful, but the room was in a state of disrepair, and could not be used. The property was fully booked, so at 8pm I was forced to cancel my reservation and find other accommodations.

Worst hotel ever!

The hotel offered absolutely no services. There weren’t even laps on the night tables. There was no hairdryer. There was no phone to be able to call down to the front desk was like living in a hostel. Good thing I didn’t unpack because I went back to the front desk with my bags and checked out and got a refund. And speaking with others who have stayed an extended stays that was their experience as well.
