The staff were excellent and when my rewards number didn’t appear after being queried he went the extra to ensure i obtained my points by doing a thorough search of my name and address. The room was very adequate for our needs, clean and comfortable. It was a drive up which was excellent for my wife do to some limited mobility. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

The fridge had been unplugged prior to us arriving and had resulted in a large amount of water on the floor and in the fridge which needed to be cleaned before we could us the fridge. The entrance door appeared to have been broken into at some prior time and the workmanship of the repair could have been done better.

Staff member went out of his way to make us comfortable. Got tv working after several trips to the room. Provided paper plates and cutlery when delivery service failed to bring requested utensils.
