The rooms were clean. The breakfast had good variety of food and fresh fruits (apples and bananas). The staff was friendly whenever we interacted with them, and the rooms were generally quiet. In the middle of the night, we did hear someone walking heavily in the halls, but it's not something any hotel can control. Overall, we loved the hotel and would definitely consider coming back to it. There were not many restaurants or shops at walkable distance, so that is something to consider if you're staying without a vehicle.

Hotel is well maintained but every time we stay which is often I have to clean bathroom from hairs everywhere. They need to work on training the ladies in housekeeping on cleaning the bathroom in rooms. Also we asked to stay an extra hour my husband had hurt his arm and it took us longer to get car loaded and going and lady at front desk told us no due to hotel being booked. House keeping was not even near our door when we left. Felt she was just being rude the way she said to us. Never seen her before. I had to go out in parking lot and load

Over 200 flights were canceled out of my airport, so I was unable to make my trip. I called from the airport to talk with the hotel to explain the situation and was told to call back. Holiday Inn refused to waive any fees for an issue totally out of my control. They definitely lost my future business!

The Holiday Inn totally screwed up my reservation. Changed my room from a first floor, king bed with walk-in shower to a 2nd floor, 2 double bed room with a bathtub & view of a tin roof. This room switch occurred after I had called to reconfirm my room reservation. I am an amputee. This room change was totally unacceptable! The handicapped parking outside was empty except for 1 other car on the 1st night. I saw the driver & she was totally ambulatory. On the second day, when I returned after 7 hours of moving, I was told there was a handicapped room available. Just what I wanted to do after working in the heat for 7 hours. Repacking & schelping my luggage from upstairs to downstairs in the back of the hotel. Although the 2nd room was a little better, the shower was a disaster. The shower seat was on one end of the shower while the soap, shampoo/conditioner was on the opposite wall & mounted high up. The linens were cheap & abrasive, toilet paper was cheap Scott's & soap/shampoo/coditioner/lotion was cheap, toxic Dove brand. The staff was horrible. No real apologies. Basically had a Too Bad attitude. I felt like they couldn't have care less. The breakfast items were horrible. Very limited & mostly prefab. I will NEVER entertain the idea of staying at another Holiday Inn.
