The property itself was nice and overall good, but we had a major issue with the hot water during our stay. When we contacted the host, we were told a plumber couldn't come for a couple of days and nothing could be done. To make matters worse, when we requested a concession for the severe inconvenience, the host ignored our calls and completely denied any refund.
