We enjoy going to concerts at The Crystal Grand next door to this hotel. We really loved being able to park and check in at the hotel before dinner and the concert. Walking back after the concert was wonderful.

We were shipped to a different hotel that was under construction and no where near the value for the price that we paid. The sad part was we asked if the other hotel was in as good a shape as the one we originally booked on Expedia and we were told Yes! That was a out right lie!!

It was a good hotel for a short stay. It advertises that itself newly remodeled. It may be but there were hand smears in the elevator, the edges in the bottom of the shower had that black gunk, pillowcases on one pillow were stained, but when we went was off season and it was $53 a night. Hardly anything to complain about. The staff was very friendly. Surprised by hot breakfast offered in the morning. It advertised continental. There were mini waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fruit, bagels, danishes. But overall actually a very nice place to stay. And no resort fees! That a big plus. Close to the Dells and restaurants.
