Available Parking was on the back side of the building with no entrance. The side and front was limited parking and was full. Very inconvenient parking. The room was ok, but main areas and hallways, and elevator were dirty. Many guests were not happy to have to go down the street to Starbucks for a cup of coffee. There was no regular coffee at breakfast. I would never stay here again.

You could tell work was being done to update a few things, which was fine. However the bathroom in my room had hair on the counter and in the sink. A rod from the towel rack was laying in the ground. The tv, I hand only a handful of channels that were in English. I tried changing the language but it did not work.

Breakfast was not replenished on the first morning at 8am even though serving until 9am. We booked this facility for the swimming pool. I asked at registration and was told it was closed for painting. He said it would be open the next day and it was not. Late on third day opened but we were told it was cold. If an amenity is not available people should be made aware so other accommodations can be booked. Water exercise is very important to my wellbeing and this was a huge inconvenience.

We booked a 2 queen room, when we arrived & went to our room it already had people occupying it. We went back to the front desk & they told us it would be an additional $50 to get a room bc they didn't have any 2 bed rooms left so we had to purchase 2 x single rooms.

The room had one large fly flying around our faces while we were asleep. It was not clearly stated on the website that the pet fee is subject to additional tax. Although the tax amount is small, I dislike hidden charges, particularly given the already high price due to the holiday weekend on a Friday. Unfortunately, the breakfast was subpar, with the coffee tasting bad. However, the room appeared clean, spacious, and had a pleasant smell.

We arrived after 4pm. Checked in, was given the key to the room. But the room wasn’t ready. Got into the room the bathroom floor was still very wet from being mopped. I used a towel to dry the floor so we wouldn't slip and the towel came up filthy. I don’t believe the room had been vacuumed as there were still pieces of garbage in the corners. The tub hadn't been cleaned since the room was painted there were paint flakes in the tub and on the walls. Had to kill a spider that was living in the tub. Staff was friendly. I won’t be staying there again.
