Our reservation was for a King Bed. We were put in a 2 Queen room. We went to the desk and were told they were sold out so we had to stay in the Queen room. We turned on the TV and there was no sound. They came to “fix” it while we were at dinner and came back to no sound. My boyfriend went down and they did move us at night to a King room. Breakfast was random food. Bagels, no cream cheese. Waffles and sausage, no eggs. The toaster wouldn’t toast the bread. 100% never going back.

We had booked our room months ago and when we got to Fairfield Inn by Marriot, we were told the only King room they had left had a broken tv and wanted us to take it. They then offered an upgrade to the Springfield Suites next door and we took the upgrade to a king suite. It seemed like we were put in an overflow room. Seemed clean except for the bathroom. Ceiling above shower had alot of mold. Shower pan on outside cracked and very moldy. Showerhead full of pink gunk looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise inside of shower appeared clean. Also we were told the room would be cleaned on day 3 and it wasnt cleaned. We had to get some towels ourselves as the original towels were thin and stained and holes. We asked for more towels from housekeeping and those were nice and fluffy and clean. Nothing like was left in our room. I wouldn't say it was an awful stay but I had a hard time with the shower. Marriot usually has better standards than that as I have stayed in several. The lady at front desk when we checked out was kind and professional.

The lady at the front office was very nice and helpful . The thing that I didn’t like was the shower. It seemed a bit moldy on the ceiling and around the bottom. Probably won’t be staying there in the future.

Spend more for a better stay somewhere else!

No issues at all with staff, extremely friendly. Checked in and went up to our room to inspect. Pulled the beds back from against the wall, it was filthy behind the beds. They obviously never ever clean back there. Floor throughout was dirty and there was someone’s medicine on the ground which my 2 year old daughter picked up and almost put in her mouth. Luckily we caught it or she would have been sent to the hospital!!!!!! Told the front desk and they sent someone up immediately to vacuum. Couple more concerns, MOLD MOLD MOLD! Mold was starting around the caulking of shower. Mold around seal of refrigerator. Mold in AC unit vents. Ac unit extremely loud when kicking on, keeps you up most of the night. Ice machine out of order on our floor , how convenient! Lever lock on door was broken so extra safety feature was not available to us. Stayed 4 nights. Some good, some rough. Glad the employees were nice and they did come up on the 3rd night to perform house keeping, made beds, took out trash, gave us fresh towels, did not vacuum though. Next time I will be Spend the extra money and stay somewhere that provides more of a high quality stay.

Wonderful stay wonderful staff small pool and paper thin floors so it could get very loud. There was a white claw can on the counter when we walked into our room, and only one tv had working connection for streaming apps. Other wise the room was clean the AC was hard to predict but thats pretty normal in hotels. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. Loved the shower. Of all my hotel experiences this was a pretty good one.
