Most of the resort buildings were empty and we got the building 10 which was far from the pool area. The problem was that the temperature was below 6 degrees and get to the car in the parking lot with everything wet to get your building was painful

Overall good, but the internet was absolutely terrible! Like, you couldn’t even watch a show or stream music to help put the kids to sleep. Also, not very fun having to drive to the waterpark in the cold—-I didn’t realize there were multiple buildings.

The room we received was not as pictured on website. The beds were lumpy and poor mattress on the bunk beds. Tub filled with water while shower. Basic amenities like hand towels and coffee maker was missing. However the room was clean and housekeeping was quick to respond. The waterpark was ok but crowded and difficult to even acquire a tube to use slide or lazy river. When we visited on a quiet day the main attraction was shut down. Very disappointed.

Winter stay so only used indoor theme park. The weekend crowd made it difficult to even get a tube to use the slide. The body slide seems hurt your back when you used. The main slide wasn’t open when we went on a quiet day. Disappointed.

Very misleading advertising. Our hotel was located 6 miles from the waterpark and in poor condition. There were bugs in our room, the bedding looked unclean, and no staff onsite. Dirty rags were laying in the hallway. Overall, I felt unsafe and booked another hotel for my family to stay. Mt Olympus should be ashamed of how they run their business.

Winter-better snow removal, parking, SUV parked in front of door C fire hazard to get out if needed. Cars stopped in front of entrance to water park with no one inside-should be for pickup of people not go in to find them. Road should be put in between building 10 and the entrance to water park instead of having to turn left on main road to turn left again a block away. 10pm-9am quiet time LOL kids running in hall sounds like a herd of animals at 11:30 pm.
