This spacious 80 m² holiday home is arranged across several floors and offers a comfortable setting for up to three guests. With two well-furnished bedrooms, a generous living area and a fully equipped open kitchen, it provides everything needed for a relaxing stay.
Upon entering the accommodation, you arrive in the hallway, where there is space to leave your shoes before heading upstairs.Bedrooms: The first floor features two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe and a television. Blackout curtains help keep the rooms dark during the night and early morning.Bathroom: The bathroom includes a shower or bath, washbasin and toilet.Living and dining area: On the upper floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Relax on the sofa in front of the Smart TV or enjoy a meal or board game together at the dining table.Kitchen: The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine.Family facilities: A fold-away baby cot measuring 60 × 120 cm and a high chair are available for guests travelling with a young child.
One private parking space is available at the accommodation. A further eight free parking spaces can be found across the street.
