A rustic cabin built in 1961 with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 covered decks that offers views of the forest and mountains, and 2 interior levels that offer space for the family to unwind.
The primary level has an open layout that encompasses the living, dining and kitchen spaces. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, lots of seating for watching the flat-screen TV and a small table perfect for game night. Adjacent to the living area, the fully-equipped kitchen has a small free-standing work island and a dining table that accommodates up to six people. This level has one full bathroom. The covered front desk offers breathtaking views and the back deck has a view of the surrounding forest and yard space.
The upper level of the cabin has three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen bed, a flat-screen tv, a small sitting area and hardwood floors. The second bedroom has a queen bed, sitting area. The third bedroom has two twins and a vaulted ceiling. A half bathroom is situated in the main hallway, connecting the second and third bedrooms. Guests also have access to the second covered deck from the main hallway
The cabin is conveniently located just a short distance from the free town shuttle which offers transportation to downtown and the Winter Park Ski area.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 per day fine.
