The location makes it easy to enjoy everything Winter Park has to offer. The home is within walking distance of town, with convenient access to the local bus route and a pickup location next to Silverado.

The property owner assumes no liability for any injuries, damages, or lost items during the stay.

In the case of approved long-term stays, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for 1-month stay. For stays longer than 1 month, mandatory cleanings will be scheduled monthly. The cleaning fee is $50 per service, or $75 with linen service included.
