Unit 514 at Beaver Village Condos, situated in the heart of Winter Park, is a delightful garden-level end unit featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering additional windows for improved privacy.
Enhance the open floor plan of the main living room with new flooring, a modernized kitchen, and stylish furnishings. Unwind by the gas fireplace while seated on the cozy sectional sofa. This area includes a large flat-screen TV and opens to a private patio that overlooks the forest.
The kitchen is equipped with newly installed cabinets and countertops, contemporary appliances, and updated lighting fixtures. The dining area can comfortably seat four at the table, with two additional seats available at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and updated furniture, along with a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom that features double sinks and a tiled shower.
The second bedroom, designed as the captain's bunk, includes a queen bed on the bottom and another queen on top. This room also provides access to a second full bathroom located in the main hallway. Regrettably, there is no air conditioning available in this unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.

Fit Our Needs

Met adult daughter to ski at Winter Park. Shopped around hotels & VRBO. Chose this location.Condo was exceptionally clean. Arrived around 8PM. Had a hiccup with door code. Staff was immediately responsive. Solved problem quickly & followed up.Location is minutes to Winter Park or downtown. To me, I think this condo would be perfect for a family with a couple of children.When I meet my daughter to ski at WP again, this condo will be at the top of my list.H

Nice unit in good location

Great central location and nice unit. Our fam8ly of 4 with older kids fit great. Our only compaint was the king bed was very hard, so we had some sore shoulders and backs in the morning.

Beautiful village and convenient to WINTER park

We loved this condo and it’s gorgeous wooded location. The ski shuttle is extremely convenient. I did not love the additional work required to get information via a portal. I had three reservations on this trip; no one’s got time for that! Simply leave a packet with WiFi, codes, general info pls. Or email it. Keyless entry (sent via email) worked flawlessly and that was the most important thing. Would def stay again and recommend highly. Just ditch the portal, please.
