The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Fantastic Location and Beautiful Corner Unit with Views

We had an amazing stay at this downtown Winter Park condo. Could walk to all the good restaurants, coffee shops, and right next to Rendezvous Park. Easy access to bus line. Views from the living room were so peaceful of the trees and stream out back - we even saw a moose! Enjoyed the balcony and the community hot tub, which was huge. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a peaceful and cozy summer stay. The space is beautifully maintained, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, the perfect home base after a day of exploring. The views from the windows are breathtaking, especially in the mornings with coffee in hand. It's tucked away just enough to feel like a retreat, yet still close to everything you need. We loved the market just down the street for groceries, and it's only a short drive to the Hot Sulphur Springs. We also had a blast riding the longest alpine slide in Colorado, located right in Winter Park such a fun and memorable experience! Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to recharge in the mountains with a touch of luxury.
