The Condo
This completely renovated first floor condo is a bright end unit offering an excellent opportunity to enhance your Winter Park retreat. The main living area features an additional window for extra natural light, a comfortable sofa sleeper for extra guests, and a flat screen TV equipped with a DVD player. The upgraded kitchenette is enhanced with stainless steel appliances, newly installed cabinets, a custom tiled backsplash, and hardwood flooring that extends throughout the entire unit. A new dining table and chairs are provided to comfortably accommodate four individuals. Please note this unit does not include a fireplace and lacks air conditioning. The hallway bathroom is fully updated with a new vanity, a mirror, and tiled walls in the shower area.
