We had an issue with the AC, the evening shift person at the front desk was the staff that we reported the problem to. He did not pass the information to the maintenance staff. We saw the maintenance people in the lobby the next morning and we reported it to them. Maintenance was very prompt in taking care of the issue. The day staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Lovely stay for Winter Park. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Good staff. Very helpful. Parking is onsite. Food and other amenities are within walking distance. AC in the rooms.

Nothing Fancy-Just A Great Place To Stay

A great place to stay! Misti was on duty when we checked in and she was delightful as well as helpful. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly. The breakfast attendant was working hard, but was super friendly. If I end up back in Winter Park again, this Beat Western will be the first place I check.

Not the best

Lady at the front desk was not the most pleasant person I’ve met in my travels. Construction workers hanging out in the parking lot drinking and playing loud music. Thin walls and loud neighbors. I could hear the tv from my next door neighbor and every phone conversation she had including her giving out her credit card number.

Standard hotel, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is clean and convenient to the main road and buses. It feels a bit dated but beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. There was no safe in the room and limited space for bathroom items. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate.
