"This house was great. It was very clean and comfortable for us. Everything was great and helped our trip be relaxing. We will definitely be staying here when we come to Winslow again."

"Very nice person (Sade) at check in. Nice dude at checkout. Very close to I-40 but I was in the back so noise wasn't a problem. Little things... An actual guide on the TV, nice shower head. Security was nice... Needed to use my room key to enter the building. Quick access to town if you're so inclined to "stand on a Corner"."

"If you are a senior this is not the hotel for you. There is no elevator. When we were told that our room was on the second floor, we asked if there were any rooms available on the ground floor. She said no. We struggled to get our luggage up to our room. Our room was so cold. I turned off the overhead fan and the A/C but the room did not warm up. We went to phone the front desk but the room does not have a phone. So I looked up the phone number for the hotel and called the hotel and spoke to the front desk. Someone did come up and get the heat to work but it took hours for the room to get to an acceptable temperature. When my husband was lugging the suitcase back down the stairs a woman said to me don't you love this hotel - "We got here late last night and I was so happy to get a room on the ground floor because I have bad knees" Boy, that was disappointing to hear. We did not enjoy our stay at all. We did tell the front desk of our issues and they did not seem to care. We won't be coming back!"
