I went to check in but didn't have proper credit card. Spent over$800.00 for a room I didn't get to stay in. They kept the money. Only got back $45.00. Never had issues at every other hotel I stayed at. Never again will I book online. Disappointed

-Pool/staff was ok -no exterior window -shower curtain was about to fall off -light over bathroom sink was burnt out -paint obviously applied to bathroom door while closed (different colours) -clogged bathtub drain left 3-4” standing water in about 1-2 mins -beds weren’t attached to headboards and kept sliding away from them -cable channels didn’t line up with guide and were very basic -the Coup De Grace…used women’s underwear left in closet from previously guest, gross! Next time I would rather sleep in a rental vehicle

The room was fine, the king sized bed was hard and not very comfortable. The mattress had a stain on it as well; definitely needs to upgrade. The bathroom drains were clogged and clearly not maintained. The bathroom was cramped when the bedroom had plenty of extra space so not sure what happened there. We heard everything the other people were doing across the hall at 2am which shouldn’t really be happening. They should consider some sound proofing the rooms better. We heard traffic all night and barely slept. The hallway walls wallpaper are yellow and peeling. There was a stain on the floor outside our room. There were random fuse panels open and not locked shut on multiple floors. Average Joe’s lounge was good though, pretty fairly priced and the service was good. The pool and waterslide were fun but otherwise not worth it.
