The location is very convenient, and I have enjoyed staying here in the past. However, during my most recent visit, I was disappointed with the hospitality. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming, and despite requesting room cleaning during my stay, it was never provided. I felt the service has declined compared to previous experiences. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service for both myself and future guests.

Didn’t feel comfortable as I was in my room with my friend as we were laughing then security knocked on our door and said that we have to be quiet because as he was walking by he can hear laughter. It’s weird because quiet time is 11pm to 6am and it was only 9:30 surely we couldn’t have been that loud. Then later that night sounded like someone was trying to enter our room.
