The staff was very attentive. They watched out for my safety when I was getting my stuff out of my vehicle. The main room was in good shape I was disappointed by the condition of the bathroom. The mirror frame of badly measured and fitted trim is coming off and is painted in two colours, like they ran out of paint. The hook on the back of the door is coming off and can't be used; not a great thing for a poolside room. The freezer in the mini fridge needs to be defrosted. The chair at the desk has rips where you can see the padding, with no attempt to patch it, and the arms are too high for the low desk. Lastly, there's a line where the paint has been scraped off about 3ft up the door that connects to the room next door. The room is just starting to appear neglected and run down and I expected better. I was disappointed in the breakfast. Almost all of it was carbohydrates (waffles, begals, muffins, 3 kinds of cereal, and oatmeal). For someone with a gluten allergy this is a nightmare. The plain cornflakes were the only safe thing, but no alternatives to dairy milk were provided. The only protein was small packages of yogurt, small packets of peanut butter, and very overcooked hard boiled eggs that resembled rubber. Many who can't have gluten can't have dairy. Yogurt is not an option. The gluten free bread I was told would be there, was not, and I would not have been able to toast it in the contaminated toasters. My wasn't horrible, but it was disappointing.

The property is really old and needs a good renovation. I have stayed in this property back in Nov 2022. Everything seems the same except older. It is not as lively as it is used to.

The room was really nice and very affordable, the pool was amazing and same with the hottub. The staff were very friendly, the only thing I would say was a negative was the breakfast was the same everyday. However if your only there a day should be great.

The rooms are dated, the staff is friendly, the continental breakfast could use scrambled eggs and sausage, not a big fan of waffles or cold boiled eggs. On a sour note, my son grabbed a towel to dry off and ended up with long black hair on his legs and chest

The hotel is extremely run down. Everything is very old and the noise carries EVERYWHERE. Definitely didn't like having poolside door locked at 10, as we booked that room to be able to sit outside the door and not be cooped up in a tiny room. Breakfast is very basic, all carb loaded, screaming kids running through. Not the relaxing getaway we hoped for.
