Room 204 was way too small. Also only a tiny window that didn’t open at all. Lingering odour from previous guests. The glasses provided in room for bathroom were so thin they were useless. Plastic is ok but can’t imagine where they got these super thin ones from. Bought cheap glasses from dollar store to use for our stay.

So far, the Travelodge hotel from NS to BC, and i have been in all of them as a travel nurse. This hotel is combination of all the best things you can find in any hotel, customer service, cleanliness, food and breakfast, romm and furniture....absolutely love it love it love it. And the staff , especially the front disk manager karanvir, he should give lessons to other managers in other hotels how deal with customers, absolutely stunning personality, very professional, very friendly... I thank you for an awesome stay

Overall very clean but some areas in the bathroom (light fixtures, hairdryer) could be cleaned. Staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff available for repairs if needed but we had no problems. Breakfast staff are continuously cleaning and replenishing food items and area tables. Beautiful tropical pool and hot tub area.

Very nice front desk staff checked us in. Hotel is little dated, but clean, light breakfast in the morning. We were too tired for the pool and hot tub, which was a bummer because there were no kids running and screaming their lungs out all evening long, which is in my experience rare.

Mostly, this is a very tired hotel in a an odd location so if you do not have a vehicle, don't stay here. The bright spot of this hotel is the enclosed pool area. That is about the only place that looks like it has received fresh paint and been kept relatively current looking. The hot tub is in good shape and the pool deck is intact and it was really a nice little area to unwind and relax. The rest of the hotel is VERY tired. The room was clean so that was never an issue but the hall carpets are beyond gross and pulling up outside, I was horrified. Curbside appeal of this place is LONG GONE. The front desk staff were friendly but not overly helpful in answering questions. The food at the sports bar is edible, the service was great and prices are cheap. There are a million tv's to watch sports and a pool table. All in all, it wasn't bad and I would say at least head in there for a drink and some fries. The breakfast buffet is a typical breakfast bar but for some reason, no water was ever available and asking for it was apparently a major ordeal to the staff member on shift. There is coffee available all day but not water? Maybe it's just a Westcoast thing but I always have a water bottle with me and it would have been nice to have access to cold water. Instead I just alternated water bottles and tossed it in the fridge over night. Simple things make a difference.
