This hotel is very nice and clean and has a typical breakfast area. The beds are comfortable and there is a good amount of space in the rooms to move around. We’ve been here twice now and my only complaint is the noise. The first time we were there was the Sept long weekend and the place was bustling with kids running up and down the halls screaming and our room was above the lobby so we could hear the front doors opening all day and night. The second time we were there, a large group of people ( I think a wedding party) were up and talking loudly into the wee hours of the night as well the trains nearby were screeching all night long as they were moving them around. It’s a popular place so be prepared.

Breakfast provide on weekend .. at 830 only bananas available..in fridge was apples and oranges.. but no note to help self .. the made platter of cut up fruit was empty. And told no more .. Breakfast on weekday .. no cut up fruit at all Would be nice to have hot chocolate powder as an option.. Room was OK. But found a hair spray container on stool and no ice bucket

We have always had a good stay at the hotel. Staff are quite friendly and accomodating. Rooms are very clean. One thing we noticed was that the shower is very slippery once we start showering. That needs to be reviewed for future guests. Thank you.

The property was great and easy access into the city limits or also the highway to hit the road ! We booked a suite with the kitchen and it was on top floor and a corner room perfect for families ! I would recommend this property highly it was clean and the pool was open nice and late (11pm) , breakfast is served in the mornings with a decent amount of option enough to feed little ones enough and the kurig in the room was a great addition ! We loved our stay, very comfortable. The cleanliness was great everywhere except the gym, (which wasn't bad, just could have used a wipe down on some of the machines). If you wanted to improve something; a better shower head (maybe a wand), and slippers & robes would be helpful (for purchase even).

Don't use 3rd party booking service book directly

Do not use Hotels dot com or Expedia or any other 3rd party booking as they did not have any room whatsoever for me despite taking my money (paid in full beforehand) for a very specific theme room. I was never contacted and only found out when hotel staff said that Hotelsdotcom/expedia never contacted them to make a booking.If you cannot rely on them to actual make a booking on your part where you are left stranded in another city with small children then you are better off booking directly with any hotel. You were warned!

The hotel room was fine. Clean and comfortable beds. Our room was above the hotel lobby so I could hear the doors opening and closing all day. Also there were lots of kids in the hotel running up and down the hallways and above us as well so it was noisy a lot.

Staff is always amazing at this location. Very safe, lots of security. Only complaint is the beds, the mattresses are on a flat laminated wood with no sides to keep the mattresses in place. So the mattress slides around all over the place, you cant sit up in bed with the pillows propped up behind you because the mattress slides off the base.
