Staff was friendly, room was clean and tidy. Only recommendation i have is get a bigger parking lot as the one they have now only fits about 20 cars and at $22 parking fee per night i want a confirmed parking spot, not park on tje streer somewhere. Shower head needs more pressure. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

Room was clean and nice. Parking was an absolute nightmare. We paid for parking but then came to see the lot was full, and when we asked the staff where to park they basically told us to just figure it out. Ended up having to park 4 blocks down from the hotel. Nice and clean hotel but they charge extra for everything including 40$ for a 12 checkout instead of 11.

The rooms are great !! However - there is no parking - we had to park in an outdoor pay lot down the street There is no restaurant in the hotel or a lounge. Although there are a few places close by - we stayed when it was -30 so we didn’t care to walk. I did really love the room and the price reflects lack of amenities. But be prepared for zero parking. Not a problem in summer. But in a Manitoba winter ….. we won’t stay there again unless it’s July

If you have ever stayed at the Le Germaine at Maple Leaf square it has that vibe inside the room. It also has that vibe of a Fairmount hotel with the bevy and snacks in the room. The price was great as well. Only down side is the limited parking area. On a quiet street and short distance to downtown but an Uber was great as well

When we had first arrived the parking was full, so we asked the front desk where the best place to park would be. She told us street parking is free till Monday or there is paid parking lot a block or so away, we ended up finding parking on the street not realizing it was a snow route as we weren’t looking for a sign that said this. The sign was blocked by a truck farther down the road so we never saw the snow route sign just the free parking till Monday one. Would highly recommend valet service for parking or front desk staff are trained Better on the area. Pretty upsetting to wake up to a towed away vehicle in a place you were told to park by the staff.
