The place is beautiful as well as the rooms. Only thing i didn’t expect was the parking fee. I feel like they should offer that to their customers because this is a expensive hotel!

Beautiful hotel with beautiful amenities, but sounds like management decisions are poor. Unwillingness to update/fix things when required. The heating unit in our room was extremely loud and had a loud clicking sound that went off every 20 seconds (regardless if the heater was on or not). Couldn’t turn the fan to be constantly on so it would turn on and off constantly which is very load and disruptive. Also no options of different pillows (they are all thick/puffy). Had late checkout and housekeeping came walking into our room earlier than check out time. When we checked out, we addressed these couple things to the front desk person and they responded that it was their last day working there because they quit. Reason being the consistent complaint regarding the heating/a/c units being so disruptive during the night and management isn’t willing to do anything to fix this problem to make a better customer experience. Very unfortunate, because it is a very nice and clean hotel, great location; but the disruption during sleeping makes the stay unenjoyable.

Had a lovely stay at Mere Hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was extremely clean and modern. Nice toiletries and shower. Location was the highlight; close to bars and restaurants, as well as walkable distance to Museum and Concert Hall.

The only downfall is the strong perfume smell in the lobby. I would love to stay at the Mere with family - I am sensitive to scents but my family members would not be able to be in the lobby with such a strong odour. I have commented to staff about this.

The room was clean and spacious. Great cleaning staff. The only thing that marred the experience was the fact that a metal bar cap on a shelf fell off on my foot cutting the skin and bruised my foot. I called the staff for some ice to ease the bruising and staff did not follow up. I had to tell them to make sure the bar is properly installed as to not hurt the next guest!

Place was clean nice comfy bed. And good shower. Gave slippers and utensils. Had no trouble with parking. I guess just lucky timing bc there is limited spots. But had everything we needed for two nights
