Both times I stayed in the ground floor rooms. The rooms wereclean and quiet but overall not quite as nice as the upstairs rooms. The beds in particular are not as good. However, the ground floor rooms are pet friendly and because I travel with my dog it’s more important to me to have a clean pet friendly room. Also please note there is NO “doggy” smell!! The staff are always friendly, professional and helpful with whatever requests you have, and they will try to accommodate.

Clean room, comfy beds, only downside is our room was above the lobby. Staff vacuuming at 4am and cleaning in lobby area woke us 2 mornings. Breakfast options were great, nice touch to get served your breakfast at a table. Area around hotel made us a bit nervous, parking in back lot. A bar and liquor store is attached. No issues with parking though. Staff was pleasant and helpful. No elevator to 2nd floor but there was staff to take our bags to the room. Easy access to main roads. Restaurants nearby.

The staff were all friendly and really made us feel welcomed. Comfy beds and room was clean but worn. Stains on carpet in room & hall. Great made-to-order breakfast. Near restaurants and there was a walking path & walk light to cross the busy road. Very convenient and easy to find, but some highway noise.

Staff were very good. Property overall is a bit dirty with some party people hanging out in the next door lounge and we’re loud at times.. The rooms on the main floor smelled and they put bounce sheets in the air conditioners to mask the smell. The inside was clean.
