Then asked me to show when was the room booked. Then the staff kept asking me if breakfast was included. I booked through expedia and no one knew what is my package.

Barely lives up to Hilton standards ; soft water pressure in shower + low flow shower heads, no decent TV channels ( no CNN, no A&E, no BBC,) only French and a few basic cable channels and liberal biased CBC. Appears that part of the hotel is still being used to house ‘ relocated citizens ‘ and you can imagine what ambience that adds to your stay. Sauna didn’t work, front parking lot jammed full every night with random events in the banquet centre. Hopefully they are able to do a complete overhaul and attract a higher level of traveller. Until then, can’t say I’ll be heading back. Breakfast is barely passable as fresh, sees like they use the lowest of low quality items. Cost saving maneuveres everywhere, charging for parking, high speed wifi and even the water in the room. You’ve been warned !
