The room does not keep out noise very well. You can hear the water from toilets flushing and showers running passing through pipes right outside the walls. And you can hear people talking in the hallway super clearly, as if there wasn't a door in between. I was woken up on multiple occasions because of this. Also, the mattress and pillows are not very comfortable, so I did not sleep super well.

airport shuttles not easily available, had to book and wait for the taxi and then bring the drivers in for payment. the bed was too soft, I felt back pain after sleeps. Otherwise, a good hotel.

Bathroom sink didn't drain well. Told the front desk and they sent maintenance and maintenance said it was fixed but it drained the same. Breakfast buffet is expensive. The same breakfast you receive for free at other hotels.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Winnipeg, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The room service was excellent — everything was always fully stocked and looked after with care. The front desk staff were also wonderful. We needed to extend our stay by two days, and the team handled it quickly and effortlessly. We were even fortunate to receive a reduced rate for the additional nights. Overall, great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
