We love delta. Roof top pool is so unique in Winnipeg that we have to go here. Sadly the pool is usually freezing cold, even when it’s 32 outside. At least we know if we freeze in the water outside, the indoor pool is always nice and cozy. Plus it’s a really good sized pool. This hotel is one of our favorites in Winnipeg and we would recommend
