Staff was very friendly. Our room had a odor to it and the tub drain was about 90% plugged. showers turned to baths! All in all we are happy with property as it has great pool facility, great restaurants and very convenient to south end. Will stay again just hope cleanliness is improved a bit.

Front desk staff were very friendly and eager to please. We asked to exchange our decaf coffee packets for regular and the front staff delivered more than the number requested to our room. That was very nice! The room, bedding and bathroom were very clean. The floor looked clean in both rooms but felt dirty when we touched floor with wet feet. Probably most hotels don't scrub floors after each customer so perhaps this is overly critical, The only other negative was that the bath tub drain in room 111 was clogged, After one shower there were about 4 - 5 inches water standing in the tub which took many hours to finally drain away, That was unpleasant but not a deal breaker for us; others might find that unacceptable though. Bed and pillows were comfortable and quiet time was enforced so that we had a wonderful sleep, There are security people monitoring the entire building 24 hours daily. The pool area was very attractive with colourful murals on the walls. Pool area and pool/hot tub water was very clean and plenty of towels available. This is not a luxurious room but for a good sleep in someplace clean and safe all the boxes are checked!
