Room was clean, staff friendly, variety of breakfast to meet our needs, and plenty of parking. Upcoming Costco should be open in 2026. Wish the chlorine wasn't so strong in the hot tub although I understand the need to keep water germ free.

I was a guest for 4 nights. On day 3 the leather chair and ottoman disappeared from my room. The staff had no explanation. The manager said she wished that other staff didn't identify her at the manager because she had just returned from vacation. Unprofessional. Inappropriate. I insisted that the furniture be replaced which did happen on day 4. No discount was offered and no other concessions. Very poor service.

First room assigned very hot a/c not working, to front desk immediately to notify. Room change second room assigned on the back of the elevators, less than desirable due to traffic noise. Parking needs some type of control, truck pulling pontoon boat parked sideways taking up 4 spots minimum. Had to park in lot of adjoining Denny’s, not ideal due to all hours of who knows traffic in their lot. Rest of hotel and breakfast nook fine.
