Well where to start with this review. This might be one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed at for $200.00 if you like to witness late night EMS that have sirens turned on and fire trucks, this might be the hotel for you. In my opinion the hotel needs to curate the property better. I will give them credit they do have security and the room was clean.

MD and all staff we spoke to at the Best Western was extremely helpful, hospital and made our stay there exceptional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. While the immediate area is not the best for walking, hotel is a short walk from a Super Store for groceries, Tim Hortons for coffee and there is child friendly amenities nearby such as the Flying Squirrel, Airplane Museum and an indoor playground. Overall we had a great experience

The hotel room was clean and well laid out. Staff were friendly and polite. However I did not like the fact that they now do paid parking and that it is sprung on you when you check in, then they give you a slip of paper that you are to take back out to your vehicle immediately.

Room smelt like weed when we got there and the smell got worse throughout the night. The jets in the jetted tub were very dirty. There was a large party downstairs who played loud music into the night/early morning. Only one elevator was working and the stairs did not have access the to main floor.

Not a Pleasant Stay

Our room was right above a wedding so we had to put up with loud blaring music for most of the night. But the worst thing was that the carpeting was all wet! It was awful! We tried to change rooms but there was nothing else available. Also there was noise outside our room as late as 3 and 4 in the morning. The hallway was dirty with food on the carpet outside some rooms. Overall it was NOT a pleasant stay. We complained and got a 75% discount which was very much appreciated. Also we appreciated how there was a lot of security in the parking lot.
