This upscale river-view getaway has been completely renovated and well-appointed with fresh decor and thoughtful amenities. The suite has convenient elevator access and overlooks the vibrant, walkable Historic District with direct sunset views. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail from your balcony with amazing views of Battleship North Carolina. Easily walk to popular shops, concerts, festivals, and attractions in the area. When you are not exploring the historic city, head 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach or partake in a wide array of outdoor recreation such as boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming.

The living room boasts all-new teak and holly marine flooring, lighting, furnishings, and nautical decor. Kick back on the sofa with a chaise lounge (which converts to a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress) and watch shows on the smart TV. Thoughtfully renovated, the kitchenette boasts granite countertops, a stainless dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven, while the two-seat kitchen bar maximizes space and convenience. It was a little dirty hair on pillow dirt on sheets, no trash bags only one roll of toilet paper, also the people next door where blaring music all night till about 3am both Friday and Saturday night. Overall I am very disappointed in our whole trip.

Short getaway

The place is lovely - clean and nicely decorated. Small but all you need is there. Balcony overlooked the Cape Fear River with the USS North Carolina across from you. Sunsets were beautiful. Nice weather, a lot to do, plenty of good resturants... We had a great time.

Good place despite the noise

apartment was clean and convenient, but loud at night due to the bar scene. The TV was odd and unresponsive most of the time. The dishwasher wouldn’t stop beeping unless we ran it but never used it. the dryer can only be used on one set as the timer does not work. parking is available right next to the building for $13 a day. overall, nice place but easily disrupted and the appliances were frustrating.

Great location. Apartment had all we needed. Could have been a bit cleaner. Parking is an issue. Don’t remember if parking is mentioned in the description. Didn’t know about the limited free parking g and the cost for all day until we received the instructions after booking.

Beautiful river view

Love the river view location. The space is very well represented through the photos on the listing. Overall, the unit was clean. However, the extra sheets when taken out of the wrapping smelled of smoke and we had to rewash in order to be able to feel comfortable using them. The blankets also had this smell and was not pleasant. The location is a love hate situation. The views and proximity to downtown are perfect . But with that came bar noise up to around 3 am. So if you plan on this unit bring a fan or headphones if you don't plan to be participate in late night activities. Parking is also an issue..there was plenty of offsite parking but it was just an added inconvenience, not a deal breaker: just something to consider.
