You will enjoy our SeaSideFarmHouse with its cozy SeaSide Farm House feel. With tasteful furniture and amenities, we have left you wanting nothing. Just sit back and enjoy a glass of wine or a good cup of coffee. Only minutes from one of North Carolina's finest beaches or minutes from strolling downtown Wilmington's famous River Front Boardwalk. Our home is is in the heart of all sorts of restaurants and only minutes from Mayfield. This is a wonderful place to unwind. This 1750 SQ FT home boasts a Downstairs Primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and attached, updated bathroom with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have U4 tvs and Living Room has Large screen U4 TV. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything your heart desires. There is also a charcoal, 40 inch grill for your use. Kitchen table seats 6 and an eat at bar that seats 5. The back patio area is there for your total enjoyment, equipped with a wall mounted fan for those warmer evenings when you still want to sit outside. This patio area is where the grill is located for your use. The patio table seats 4, and a wicker bench seats 2. This area is fenced in for your privacy.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a safe and a microwave.

We really enjoyed our stay at the SeaSide Farm House. Our stay started with a great welcome that included a bottle of wine, glasses, and coasters. The house was very spacious for four adults and one teenager. Great location that is close to downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, and many outstanding restaurants.
