The host was very knowledgeable of the area. It was a great location for all three beaches. I would recommend it to anybody. I was very pleased with the communication back-and-forth. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect chill rental

Clean, plenty of beds, and well equipped. It's not the Ritz, but everything works, it's well stocked and cozy. Perfect low stress rental for kids and a pup.

Good place for a weekend family getaway

Nice house. Plenty of space for our family. Central to Wilmington, (not downtown). Seemed like a quiet and safe neighborhood

Convenient and roomy

We needed room for 10 adults and 2 children for a surprise birthday party and the house provided the needed space in the right area for family to gather. The furniture was worn but serviceable and all appliances worked. Property manager/owner was very responsive.
