Check in, the girl at the desk was training, her "coach" had us check into the wrong room. Even though the trainee questioned it. When we got to the room it was occupied. They said they were staying for 3 more days and that it took 3 tries to get the keys to there room straight. I went back to the desk and the "coach" said my bad I was talking. Karaoke that night. A group of tween boys were singing. I stood at the bar area for 10 minutes, then walked away as I was ignored. I came back after the kids left and asked if the bar was open. The answer was yes, beer and wine only. I asked for a couple different wines. They weren't chilled. I received a quarter of a glass as a sample. Then asked for another glass. She emptied the bottle, but was half a glass and said that the other woman would ring it up. The other woman proceeded to wait on someone else, poured them a glass of wine that had double the amount that I had. I purposely didn't take a drink and asked her about it. She said she must have emptied the bottle, I said yes. Then she found more of the same wine and added to my glass. No apologies.

My room was filthy, dirty stained carpet, dirty toilet yuck! My friend traveling with me had more than noisy neighbors and was told there was nothing the hotel staff could do about it since the people wouldn’t answer their door. At 4 AM after trying everything she could think of, she called the police! That quieted them down until the police left. Then back at it. The unwillingness of hotel staff to intervene was appalling!

The hotel itself was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the front desk staff, Megan, had an attitude on the phone with me when I called to ask a question about a rollaway bed before arrival. For everyone’s benefit and knowledge: rollaway beds are against fire code and unavailable in their rooms with 2 double beds. Ultimately, I was able to call Expedia and get my reservation changed to a king suite and the problem was resolved. The breakfast was great. There is a bar in the lobby. The pool was heated. The king suite was spacious. Cleanliness was great everywhere we went in the hotel. The staff who assisted me at check in and check out were fine. The only downfall was the interaction on the phone prior to arrival.

A great location, staff, amenities and cleanliness. Only suggestion would be for hotel to add a bench with a small roof cover somewhere for smokers. They have to stand outside in the elements to smoke. I'm a non-smoker but many smokers are older and standing in the heat in uncomfortable for them.

They have an amazing hot drink machine that makes delicious lattes and hot chocolates. It definitely saved us some money at coffee shops. The staff was wonderful and the pool/spa was a great time. We will definitely return if we are back in the area.

The key cards for the doors were harendous!!! Couldn’t open any of the doors to get in from parking lot. Had to have them reprogrammed many many times to get into the room!! Been here around 4 times. Never again!!!! Staff was great. Breakfast staff was great! Sorry you can’t get it together. It’s 2025. We should be able to open a door by now for gods sake!!
