Convenience and comfort is what you will find at this cottage. Located in a residential neighborhood in midtown. You are an easy 15-20 min drive to local beaches and Downtown Wilmington and just minutes to great local restaurants, shopping, and parks! This home has 864 sqft, open concept living room with streaming TV, dining area with table for 4, and fully equipped kitchen with Keurig & espresso machine, everything you need to whip up a meal. Each bedroom has it's own attached full bathroom, one king size bed and one queen to sleep 4 comfortably. Enjoy the back yard with patio and seating around a firepit. This home has everything you need whether your in town for a weekend or a longer term stay. Beach chairs are provided to make your trip to the beach an ease! There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars.
