"Esperanza was so nice, helpful. Our room (King w/Spa tub) was large, roomy & clean; bed was very comfortable - overall, better than expected. The only issue was that we wanted to use the indoor pool. The area & pool were immaculate, but it hadn't been heated ☃️so it was too cold to use."

"My room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and went way out of their way to accommodate anything I needed. Called for extra pillows and got them within 5 minutes. Front desk was excellent from checking in and checking out. Definitely would stay here again. I didn’t have breakfast here so I can’t answer how it was. It’s in a good location to get to a lot great restaurants and that what I did."

"The restaurant on site was great. Because I did not book through Hilton, I wasn't able to get any of my preferred higher-floor options and was put on the ground floor, across from the exercise room and one door down from an exit. Makes for a noisy stay. The entry light switch had a slim light at the top that flickered and was too bright for a night light. I kept using sticky notes to try to block the light. The bed squeaked and was uncomfortable. Other than that, the stay was ok."

"Wow! Very impressed with this little hidden gem. I was immaculately clean and upkeep was amazing. Amenities similar to higher rated big hotel chains. Loved that we could walk across the parking lot to an excellent meal at their sister restaurant. Highly recommend Granzella’s."
