They had me locked out of my room that had all of my belonging for 8 hours waiting on a guy with a Philips screwdriver and 4 AA batteries because the key reader to my room died. Totally unable to access my phone, wallet, glasses, car keys, travel bag etc. Had to repeatedly ask the front desk what the ETA was on someone coming to fix it.

We initially booked our stay because their website advertised and outdoor pool and hot tub. Both looked operational and full of water, but the hot tub was cold! Other than that, the room was immaculate, front desk staff was friendly and accommodating when we requested to check in a little early. We would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

The check in process was a little frustrating, I started it on the app with hopes of getting the digital key so I could go straight to the room but I had to check in at the desk which was fine the man helping me was great got assigned one room went to it and the door didn’t unlock so I went back to the desk and the gentleman walked back to the room with me and opened the door and found the room wasn’t ready for guests so we went back to the front and he assigned me a different room and again walked me down to the room and got me inside, again the gentleman was great but the process was a bit strange and the room I ended up in was a double bed when I reserved a king room but at the end of the day everything was fine.
