Prepaid and booked two nights. Couldn’t arrive till night 2. Arrived to find out Doubletree had canceled my reservation. They state that is their policy. I prepaid for two nights so the second should be available but no. Long story short they tell me to call Expedia for a refund while they charge me for the second night again like they are doing me a favor. After a 30 minute chat to Expedia they say they will request a refund only to find out that the hotel refused the refund 3 separate times. The manager and the night clerk both guaranteed me a refund. Needless to say I paid for three nights a stayed for one for a mediocre hotel. Definitely DO NOT STAY HERE. They are not truth tellers and ripoffs. Location sucks and the breakfast is totally over priced. Go to Dennys next door.

Thr room were very clean. Quiet atmosphere. Easy parking. Easy and fast check in. This was our second stay at this hotal and will definitely keep booking here for future trips. Staff is friendly and upon arrival a warm, delicious, chocolate chip cookie is given. My kiddos love them and so did I. Will definitely recommend this place.

The room we were given had a weird smell. We opened the window and ran the ac to see if it would clear the smell out and left for about 2 hours. Returned to the room smelling like urine and the smell was coming from the ac unit. Turned it off and went to the front desk to let them know and we were given another room. The room was fresh but no conditioner when I showered this morning. Overall we enjoyed this hotel along with the staff and quality of food & drinks. The bartender Kenny definitely made it more enjoyable with his fun personality and attentiveness.
