Parking is very well illuminated. Beds are very comfortable as well as the pillows. Bathroom is very clean. Breakfast lacks of protein food: just bread, mini pancakes, juice, milk, coffee and apples.

Room was clean which was super important since the previous room by another company was not and we had a terrible experience. The attendant was fine . The area was beautiful, peaceful, and nicely positioned for the Grand Canyon excursion we drove from Texas for.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The A/C unit in our room make a loud noise that didn’t let us sleep, there was not even shampoo in the shower. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast, it was advertised as a buffet breakfast with pancakes, eggs and sausages but there was nothing but coffee and tiny muffins. The only good thing about this place was the location and the pool.

The rooms were really run down. Needed a paint job stained carpets no where to store your clothes. No drawers just a one drawer nightstand. Very very small room. I will never stay there again.

6/10 Okay

The restroom needs a remodel. Some parts of the wall have water damage, which made it kind of of dingy. Excellent parking. Breakfast was not good. It only had small muffins, bread, oatmeal and a few fruits, coffee and juice. Needs improvement on breakfast. I would not stay here again.

An average room and hotel but, amenities were lacking…no restaurant or food service within walking distance, no coffee machine in room and having to wait until 7am for continental breakfast access for coffee or tea.

The room smelled awful. The place has not been updated in years, so the bathroom looked dirty.. I hope that was it. The front desk guy is rude as fudge, give your money to someone else
