We enjoyed our stay here while visiting the Grand Canyon. Unit was clean, check in was a breeze, and communication was great. We were close to the park and close enough to the historic town of Williams- definitely check it out! The location was very quiet and peaceful. We will look to stay here again for our next canyon visit!

The tiny home was cute and new with a rustic feeling. It was the perfect location for visiting the GC and Sedona. It was remote but very modern and comfortable. No noise at all from neighbors or anyone or thing around. Very quiet. Beautiful open views of sunrise & sunset. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that the home has a small refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker w/coffee pods but nothing else. If you will be needing a (wine or otherwise) bottle opener you need to bring it. Same with maybe disposable plates, utensils or paper towels to set a muffin on. The description didn’t say any of these things provided but I mistakenly made the assumption there would be something there. Also, there is no mattress pad or cover so there is a flat sheet to cover the mattress and another top sheet and a top cover but no mattress pad. But it was still comfortable. Just a warning to those who might be picky about the way your bed is made. So basically, we were very happy with location, cleanliness and the tiny home itself. Quite cute and comfy! Just be aware that there are no eating utensils. At all.
