Staff is super friendly. It's not the greatest looking place and some things feel sketch but, in the end, this place feels like going to your uncle's place that's always a little off but it's serviceable and not awful and kinda feels like home. It could use some improvements, mostly with updating the aesthetics but if you're looking for reasonable prices and closeness to the Boardwalk and you don't care how things look, it's a great place.

The only thing great about this motel is its location. 1 block from the boardwalk by the third pier. This alone keeps them in business. The room was clean, but otherwise not much else good to say. The staff are hard to reach. The rooms are very old and held together by duct tape. The check in and out times are ambiguous at best. The parking is rough because you are also blocking someone in or being blocked in.

Overall poor stay. Hotel staff were mostly kind but completely unprofessional. Floor was sagging by the door, bathroom was disgusting. Hotel atmosphere was loud. Only good thing about this place is the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Will not return.
