We had a wonderful stay and will be returning to this little GEM!! Jenny and Dennis are wonderful hosts. I highly recommend. The courtyard and outdoor spaces are are very well appointed and cozy. I look forward to many more stays.

Amazing place, great amenities, and fantastic owners. Very clean and well maintained. I booked 2 days before the 4th of July so paid quite a bit extra than what it normally costs but honestly not upset about it. Great experience.

My sister and I had a great stay and found this to be an excellent, highly affordable spot for two people or a group of adults looking for a budget-friendly place with friends. The staff was exceptional—incredibly friendly, always helpful, constantly checking in on us, and offering great local recommendations. We loved the amount of outdoor space, and inside, the nice shower and adjustable bedroom lighting were wonderful touches. While the bathroom is definitely on the tighter side, the outdoor decor and interior renovations truly maximizes the potential of this place. A fantastic value for what you get, we will be back!

Stayed here for 1 night for Beach Blast. Reasonably priced. Great location 2 blocks from mid boards. Rooms are basic, but redone and clean! What more do you really need? The couple that own the property are super sweet and willing to help with anything. Parking available for a fee. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The owners were so kind and welcoming, the place was lovely the provided free bikes for us to use which we did every day. The hotel is close to the boardwalk, and it was so nice and convenient for a late-night walk around. I'll definitely be coming here again.
