Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters & pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens & towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.

Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy 1,962 square feet of beautifully styled living space with beach and intercoastal views, memorable sunrise and sunset scenery, and verandas accessible from both the primary bedroom and living room. As part of your stay at The Grand at Diamond Beach, you will have access to the community's shared resort-style amenities, including private beach access, a heated beachfront infinity pool, children's pool, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, private off-beach storage, outdoor grilling area, and lobby lounge.

Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day through Labor Day, subject to The Grand's management and seasonal operations.

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that access to The Grand's community pools is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pools may be closed during the off-season, periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to The Grand's operating dates, management, and community operations.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

The check in and out experience was much better this year than in years past. The seemed much more available, organized, and accessible. We also had an appliance and a few maintenance issues in our unit that were handled in a timely way with only minor interference in our vacation.

The kids pool is still broken from last year. They should fix it or replace it with something else. Also the pool elevator is still broken. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would 100% come back. Great. Worked with multiple people and they were all fantastic and friendly. Very prompt.
