Unit was clean, everything worked, and a complimentary bag of toiletries was provided. Key was located in the correct location and combination to the lock box that contained it was also correct. Would stay again.

Upon arrival, As we were putting on the bedsheets, the air conditioner which is in a weird spot on the wall to begin with, leaked water everywhere. As I went to the end of the bed to pout on the sheet, I slipped and fell hard on my back. Our comforter was soaked as well. I immediately texted the issue and was told someone would be there the next morning. Then, my daughter went in to use the bathroom when the entire toilet seat slide out from under her. Texted that issue that night as well. The next two days I barely enjoyed because of how bad it hurts. Miserable vacation I saved up for. Ended up going to urgent care and in the long run. This place gave me a lousy 100 back. NEVER AGAIN!

Great location and nice view of the ocean but the place is just a crash pad to stay at the beach and park your car. There were no linens or towels. It was really a dump. Needs to be gutted and remodeled.
