The beds & linen were nicely soft, the fridge was cold and the room was clean. But the carpet was hard like astroturf, the toilet took forever to flush, the shower head was gross, & the worse was a bandaid! on the bathroom door so it wouldn't stick.

It was our first time staying here,it was cute good size for a couple or small family’s… carpet and decor coukd be updated but other than that it was just enough for us for couple days. The staff was really nice and understanding of needed anything definitely will be back

Desperately in need of repairs/upgrading. The room wreaked of bleach fumes, it was evident that the bleach wasn't diluted.The bathroom is very small, toilet was not flushing properly, cabinet under sink was water damaged, small table was broken and poorly mended, carpet sticky, the wooden suitcase stand was broke, and the lamp on nightstand did not work. The refrigerator temp setting wasn't working properly, my salad was frozen. I spent 20 mins properly cleaning the coffee maker, inside & out before I felt comfortable using it. The beds were higher than a standard bed, (very high platform), it made it a tad difficult getting on it if you're short. But, the sheets were clean, and staff friendly.

Tv in first room didn't work, was told "signal problem " and I could pack everything up and move to another room which I did. That TV lasted 3 hours and had " signal problems "... No TV for the test of the stay as I didn't want to pack up and move, yet again. Glad I had a tablet...
